There is nothing worse than Windows in the entire universe, even death is more plausible a concept than using Windows regularly.Gregorovich wrote:NONONONONONOOOOOblackhawk1105 wrote:If you mean the OS macbooks run on (Mac OS X) then fuck yeah.Gutter Dreams wrote:are Macbooks better than Windows?

I hate touchpads.Jake wrote:You can run windows 7 on MacBooks. But if that's all you're gonna use it for... Then don't get one.
But OS X > Windows.
MacBook touch pads are like iPhone screens. Once you use one, you'll never go back.
I wasn't that much of a fan either until I used the one on my Macbook, now I only use the mouse I got with my Macbook when it's necessary.Gregorovich wrote:I hate touchpads.Jake wrote:You can run windows 7 on MacBooks. But if that's all you're gonna use it for... Then don't get one.

You've clearly not used a MacBook one. They're far superior. I bought one a Magic Mouse with mine thinking I'd use it... Used it two or three times.Gregorovich wrote:I hate touchpads.Jake wrote:You can run windows 7 on MacBooks. But if that's all you're gonna use it for... Then don't get one.

I'm so use to using the clicky things like mouse keys that are on the bottom of my track pad.Jake wrote:You've clearly not used a MacBook one. They're far superior. MS word probably works better on a mac than it does on windows. And it's auto recovery is a lot better too for when things do go wrong.Gutter Dreams wrote:I'm so use to using the clicky things like mouse keys that are on the bottom of my track pad.Jake wrote:You've clearly not used a MacBook one. but doesn't the word document or whatever for Mac suck? Because I need my microsoft word.
And I'm asking all this because my dads buying a Macbook and I get it when I go to University. And *knock on wood* if my own laptop breaks I'll probably end up with it sooner than that.
but if my laptop breaks I'm gonna die.
Just days after mentioning you're getting a macbook if your old laptop breaks down, you post this.Gutter Dreams wrote:really worried about this huge crack in my laptop casing..
