Well, at least there's evidence that were getting somewhere. Remember that a long time ago, Deryck said something like he doesn't want to promise anything that he can't keep, but the thing he can promise is that it's definitely going to be out 2010 (which, I think, was shortly after it went from EP to full-length)
Everything else was always just a best case scenario, which was kind of naive with all the touring and other stuff going on.

So the album will come out September/October (that means it's probably done now, given the 3 month physical production time) plus a new song on Sum41.com for free (from the album?) in the next week or two and another song on the Warped sampler, did I get that right? I wonder if the song on the Warped sampler is going to be a different one, may be the new single?

My guess is the sampler changes every two weeks and Sum 41 will be on it from August 15th to 31st.
