btw : anyone else hear thinks that Sick of Everyone should've been a single ? I don't see it happening as we have SBM,BIME and probably Crash ...
Don't think that would ever happen unless the full 12 minute song would be a single. It wouldn't work out right.

I like the chorus on Holy Image of Lies better, but Sick of Everyone better overall.

Parts of the 12-minute song were originally from the EP and Screaming Bloody Murder was also on the EP. I'm not sure about anything else though.
