I couldn't agree more. Having With Me on Gossip Girl, asking people to vote that same song to be number one on TRL... I don't know, that whole Underclass Hero era was just a clusterfuck from the hernia to the poor amount of airplay to the downsizing of venues because of poor ticket sales post-hernia recovery.

Hey there's nothing wrong with wanting to be no 1 on TRL. Teeny boppers have been known to become die hard fans of the band that makes it to the top. Actually when i first saw the cover for UH and found out that it was produced by Deryck i thought it was only a matter of time before they changed their name to The Deryck Whibley Show.

It was crazy, though.. Some dude knocked his cousin up, and some chick orgasm-ed while dreaming she was driving down the road with a fork in her salmon. Good show!

EDIT: If anybody has the time, could they check out the clip of Micheal Cera? It's crazy, He's high or something, and almost gives his credit card number. I used to be a fan, but i don't like this side of him.

Get back on topic, this has nothing to do with the new album.

Except if the new single is titled "Jessica Squirts Like Everyone Else".

With all these other commitments, they never really have too much time to work on the album (the little they do they don't use effectively) and so I'm now thinking a mid-september release. Here's hoping for a single sometime in July :S

I don't actually care when the album is being released. I'm just happy about being kept in the loop about the album. Not every band would post frequent video updates about their progress. I know that it will be released and I look forward to it when it gets announced.

I think thats actually the problem with this album. They promote this album more than any other album of them, with frequent video updates and twitter blogs and such, so they keep up the anticipation for it. I mean, they don't stop talking about it.. doing tons of interviews, studio footage and stuff... but they don't seem to live up to the promises as it seems like it always gets pushed back.

It can't really be pushed back if it doesn't have a release date though.

Deryck stated sometime last year that it would be safe to say it would be out in 2009.

Stevo claimed an August 10th release date, and now we're (possibly) in for mid September.

That's pushing back.

I do but on the flip-side, all this waiting might actually make the album better than if it got released sooner.

No update at all? I thought they were going to be finished with the album before the warped tour started.
