Speaking of WW2 i'm proud to be a swede, probably the biggest turncoats of the war, but at least we didn't get bombed. Also everyone should visit Auschwitz, talk about an awesome place. Horrible, but nontheless awesome. Say whatever you want about the Nazis but they didn't lack organizational skills.

My grandfather was in WW2. Most of relatives are from German, so they probably lived there during that time..Just though of that.. :silly:

My Grandad was evacuated from Liverpool to North Wales before the war, other than that I have no real connections to it. How seemingly boring of me

my grandma was 7 when the spanish civil war started, but no one gave a shit about democracy back then , oh wait maybe it's cos there's no oil here
