People are so stupid.

It's blink-182. Obviously you're going to hear some AVA and some +44. You're going to hear a mix of everything. This is blink-182. That is what blink-182 is. A mix of AVA and +44 = blink-182. So dumb.

I prefer Up All Night, because Tom isn't nearly as boring to hear on a song as Mark. Mark's verses sound similar to his +44 verses, which were pretty boring most of the time. The chorus is AWESOME, though. The way it flows and the lyrics it sings to you... just an awesome chorus by this band.

The song that we dunno what it's called sounded awesome, my favourite so far. But I already forgot what it sounded like and I'm not gonna listen again. Ghost on the Dancefloor I couldn't really tell what was going on cos of the quality so I didn't listen to it all, so can't really form an opinion yet.

I really want the new songs to be more original, cause they're not bad, but in comparison with any song from their last album they're hollow, weak and unoriginal ...

^ I think they're all pretty original. Between each of their albums they always kept some ideas but changed the songs up, that's all that's happened this time again but their last albums were with their side projects so there's ideas from there.

After Midnight sounds so cool, it's totally original for blink. It's not even AVA-ish.

And we still have 9 tracks to go!

I can see how you don't like them compared to Untitled though, it's a very different feel. I was expecting songs like the other 3 besides After Midnight, so I'm not as disappointed as you seem.

I still don't like any of this new stuff. I mean, the singles from pre-split Blink were essentially fun with catchy choruses and clumsy lyrics (like a less-energetic Zebrahead song). But this new stuff is, like FuckT said, hollow.

well, hearing the same stuff in two bands will always be unoriginal for me ... I personally expected them to keep their side projects away, at least a little away...

this is exactly what I thought, I was blown away because of it. I also read somewhere that Tom was going to stay sober this tour, maybe that's why?

After Midnight is good, really reminds me of The Cure, in a good way though ! After Midnight might be the only one of the 4 songs that I really, like really like ...

There's a part in the chorus here that reminds of the chorus in the song "Lycanthrope" by +44. Then again, the interlude/break near the end sounds like something off "Every Time I Look for You", so it's not entirely +44 I guess, but it's weird how from this and UAN, nothing sounds like 100% blink, but only as side projects.

Most songs with the word “dancefloor” in them usually tend to suck. Besides that Arctic Monkeys song.

Ghosts on the Dancefloor.
Is it just me or it's identical to BCR's There Is?

^ I couldn't really "get" the song from the video, way too bad quality to make sense of the parts and you can't even hear the guitar properly. But yeah the vocal melody in verse sounds like There Is, that's all I listened up to in that one.
