I told you Thiago is untouchable, he signed a new contract this afternoon, till 2015.
As for Cesc, he's worth every penny, he's one of the best midfielders in the world you know....

Yeah I don't think Cesc is as good as he was 2 years earlier. He's injured every second, and he doesn't seem to be superb like he used to be. Honestly I can't think of any reason why barca want him so bad.

Cesc didn't play this past season the way he played in previous ones, because he was promissed to be let go last summer, but Wenger didn't keep his promise, Cesc pretended to be injured many times during this season.
That doesn't deny the fact that you stated about his numerous injuries, well, Iniesta 2008/2009, and Messi 2006/2007 were'nt any better, they missed a lot of important games because of that, Look at em now, Messi gets hit more than any other player in La Liga, and wouldn't fall,and Iniesta missed only the 2-0 game at Bernabeu, he's very strong physically now.
