next time its warnt.
so basically, your going to ban me for a month for wishing someone a happy birthday?
Wow.....
For spamming, I don't really care how you try and twist my words Peter.
Fact is, you'll get warned. go cry. BISH
so, you mean that birthdays are like spamming to you.
Active members deserve topics. You can banhammer me all you want. But the active members keep this place alive to the least you can do is let them have ONE topic a YEAR.
Yea, but you don't need to make 600 birthday topics A YEAR. Thats what this thread is for.
end of, over with, done deal, post back all you want, get pwnt, merry christmas, GOOD DAY.
4 words.
Don't

Fuck
i made this thread for a fuckin reason, so we don't have 5 million birthday threads. we don't care if you don't like it. end of conversation.
And i make the other topics for a fuckin reason.
so we don't have 5 million birthday threads
TNS will probably never have that maney members...
besides, the forum could use as many topics as it can get. It's pretty dead...
You can't keep a forum alive by the quantity of topics alone, especially if they're birthday topics. You can make hundreds of topics based on anything, but if that topic provides no legitimate discussion, the forum doesn't go anywhere.
A topic where every member says, "Happy Birthday" doesn't do the forum much good because a day or two later, that topic is useless.
But if you make a topic where you can actually discuss things and have constructive debates or something, then that's how a forum stays alive. It's because people will have things to say instead of just "Happy Birthday" or "Welcome to TNS" or "Thanks!"
Basically what I'm saying is, if you want to keep the forum alive, you need topics where you can discuss things. It's the whole notion of quality versus quantity.
