So, besides the Asian tour in March-April, Sum 41 has started to post some dates in North America.
First announcement was Daytona Beach, Florida on April 21st.

Well, in my opinion, their last tour was the Eastpak tour (if you don't count Warped, or the cancelled Kerrang and Soundwave). Besides that, it has just been a collection of one-off shows since 2010.

I mean, besides Warped and Eastpak, all the dates have been announced individually. Sometimes it's been weeks between the show announcements. So unless someone proves me wrong, I don't see why they wouldn't add more one-off dates around April-May to make it being a tour.

They've already started to do arrangements for the shows in Asia. I doubt Deryck would have let them do so if he wasn't feeling strong enough.

I thought it was named after Megadeth's song "99 ways to die" , and they but 32 since that's stevos #.
