They're on tour pretty much 24/7 nowadays- do you really think they've got time to go all over the world to various shows they've missed just because Deryck was unfit to play at the time?

Quick question guys: I remember we talked a while ago about SBM and the contracts with Island, does anyone know if SBM is the last record with IR, or do they still have one more record to make with them ? I forgot to ask Matt, and I know the band members weren't sure about the answer...

They have one more album with Island and knowing Sum 41 I bet it'll release in 2015.

Don't think so.. I see the next album in 2013-2014 . they'll tour till half way 2012. take a break, and start writing end of 2012 and the album will be done end 2014.

Matt was still with them in South Africa, and still has access to Twitter/Facebook, so the fact that he's not the band assistant anymore doesn't mean he can't do the tweeting/FB while the band is off tour.

So either it's still him, or it's one of the band/crew members.

yeah but those photos looks a lot different from the earlier ones.. not so good quality. Also, Matt did some comment to every photo. Really don't think it was him.

yo I have revisited SBM a bit recently. Time For You To Go seems like a single worthy track. Anyone else agree? I still hate "What Am I To Say" and I am glad that they didn't keep that 12 minute song in one track, because I'd skip it every single time I heard it.

I still don't like TFYTG as much as most of the other songs; it just seems quite lazy really.
What I've realised about WAITS recently is that most of the song is actually pretty decent - it's just that the chorus is pretty poor.
And skipping ADROOH? Together it's my favourite song from the album. I mean, yeah, Happiness Machine was a little odd, but the songs all fit well together and I honestly couldn't ask for more in a 12-minute song.
