I don't usually just believe these things. But there were A LOT of factors that lead me to believe that this rumour was true. I'm still not entirely convinced that it's false, because the factors are so strong.

well. thats what i mean with naivity. people believe too much stuff and yeah, it might be that it seemed to be true this time, at least for some people. i never believed it though...

well i saw many live videos of their concert where they played underclass hero songs, but i didn't see deryck playing his fender telecaster with a lot of stickers, somebody knows anything about this or...

before on DTLI and chuck tour he also played deluxe and this one with stickers, i thought he like this one more than deluxe. maybe he must play that to promote his squier tele

he does but he also has his same signature guitar but in fender form so it sounds better live and people actually believe his signature guitar in everyday guitar shops is the same on stage. He only uses his squire for basically photoshoots and stuff.

I think he just likes his Deluxe better since he was playing it long before his Signature came out. When he's promoting his Signature, he's using it.
