actually theres a mexican emo band called panda that copies songs from a lot of bands including green day, mcr, fob (theyve even admited it) and i believe they copied the intro to one of their songs from makes no difference. the video is pretty similar too.

The Riff on the verse of Megadeth- The Mechanix(or Metallica- The four horsemen, its the same song basically) is exactly the same as the last part of Grab the devil.....

The beginning of No Reason sounds like the beginning of Infest by Papa Roach.
The vocal line in the first of The Hell Song is the same structure as How You Remind Me by Nickleback
The vocal in the middle eight of I'm Not The One is a Linkin Park song
