That's what I've been wondering as well. I liked that part.
asking that in the Q&A, gonna have to remind Matt about it again though since I sent it Tuesday
When are the questions going to get answered? I'm excited to hear that line, ever since i heard it in the studio update.
gonna send him a reminder today, D's slow at checking emails and Matt is forgetful, so one day it will get answered..lol

I miss the old days when album sales would be much more.

Oh and I had 6 people in my house, brother moved out now, and we have about 6 or 7 TV's. None of them are good though, no new flatscreen big ones, all just decent oldish ones lol.

We have four. The one in the kitchen and basement aren't even used much. 3/4 of them have MTV. I of course was watching The Sums on MTV on the bigger, flat screen. It was pretty awesome. :glad:
I wanna know when it's re-aring since I forgot to check while it was playing last night.

That perfectly demonstrates the difference of Dave's and Deryck's musical minds. For Deryck, the fun can just happen around the album with the guys while the album itself addresses the dark side of him, for Dave it has to be present in the music itself to be able to enjoy it over longer periods or time. It seems like he doesn't understand that particular kind of passion coming from insecurity and depression, because may be he is just a happier, more mature and secure person.
That doesn't make either one of them any less of a good person or less of a passionate musician, just too different for them to be happy in the same band while they are at such different stages in their lives.
It's unfortunate that as a result their friendship has pretty much faded away, or at least so it seems.
I don't really have anything more to add, but I just wanted to mention that Dave said the same thing when Underclass Hero came out (regarding the "having fun" part).
He also said right after he left that "they had gone to dark for the public" which i kind of agree with because everything about Chuck seemed really depressing really.
