It's kind of weird, I think, that Deryck's style hasn't really changed at all since 2009 except that he wears hats/sunglasses more often and has orange hair. I only just realized this when I looked over at my avatar, haha.

Don't ask me how, but while doing Google searches on the Sum's grammy nod yesterday I came across an article about Avril Lavigne and Deryck 'hanging out' recently. Fuck me, the comments underneath are relentless. The parasites that visit that site absolutely murdered him! It would seem that 90% of the people there think he's "the ugliest motherfucker I've ever seen in my motherfucking life!!!!!!11!".

On another note. I think Deryck should move back to Canada to detox and write and record another DTLI? after next year's touring is done.
(I am aware he basically wrote that on tour, but still)

Ugh. I don't get why people have to write negative stuff like that. Just keep it to yourself. So uneccessary. I happen to think he's very good looking - orange hair and all. Honestly, what attracts me to him most is just like himself as a musician and person. So, to each their own.
