The thing is, nobody is really disputing that it's a decent enough score - it's just the guy clearly didn't do his research and made a couple of bizarre statements. Disappointing really!

Things didn't quite pan out the way the experts had predicted in the East, as #16 Sum 41 throttled #1 Arcade Fire -- the kind of upset that just never happens in the NCAAs (seriously, it has never happened), and #11 Rage Against The Machine took down #6 Cage the Elephant. Those shockers set up some potentially thrilling second-round matchups (Rage/ My Chem should be a classic), and the guys in Sum face another tough challenge in Coldplay. Here's a look:

#15 Sum 41 vs. #8 Coldplay
#5 Phoenix vs. #4 the Strokes
#11 Rage Against the Machine vs. #3 My Chemical Romance
#7 Owl City vs. #2 Radiohead"
