normally i would be a dick and say get your own style. but honestly im pretty sure you have to have your sides cut so that your hair goes from short to longer and you move up your head then have it long on top.

but idk. i have never tried the deryck look, i have curly hair so i cant really do anything with it unless i flat iron it.
