im in the middle of writing a punk/rock song and need tips on a fast or slow chorus?

well, it kinda depends. punk rock can be break neck fast, but it can also be slow to get a point across.

tell us about the theme of the song, and any lyrics you've got.

you could perhaps do both, like have two slow choruses, and speed it up for the outro maybe? or vis-versa

well, since i dont know anything about the song except its punk and i cant think of a punk rock song that has a slow chorus id say fast. although its always good to try new stuff.

Helena - MCR, that's an awesome song with a slow chorus (compared to the rest of the song)

i finished the song (you never knew) and its got a slow chorus -with fast guitar- and breaks out fast in the outro
