...I kinda spent the whole of thursday+Friday sleeping, its now 4am saturday...

Any ideas on getting back into a normal sleeping routene before monday?

try not to go to cleep 2nite, and try and stay awake until sunday night, the time you would normally go to bed. thats what i usually do to try get back into a sleeping pattern

Stay awake until maybe 10pm Saturday and try to go to sleep. Wake up early the next day and then go to bed around the same time, then wake up early again.

Eventually you'll get back into a normal pattern. That is usually what I do when I screw up my circadian rhythm.
