Derryk has an a for avril and hes got half a paper clip because when he was getting the paperclip done he was drunk and ran out of the tattoo place

Almost all of that is wrong dude.It's a safety pin.And he recently said he got it on the tour bus.the only right thing is that he was drunk.

it says "mccaslin" as far as i know, and theres a cartoon of what looks like a cemetery, path and some trees
