I'm not here today to complain about all the post whores in this forum (you know who you are...), but instead I'm here to announce that I'm about to delete ANYONE who registered more than a week ago and never posted (you'd be amazed by how many people do that).
So now you know it.

The google bot goes from website to website "crawling" pages to index them. They look for key words o the pages that will help google determine when TNS shows up if you type in something like "Sum 41" Without it, this page would not appear in google. In the admin panel of most sites written in PHP, you can disallow bots from accessing certain pages, if you dont want those pages to appear in google.budgie wrote:yeah... what the hell is that about?boniboyblue wrote:Aye, what that google bot all about I saw it in the online users it was like "Google [bot]"

In fact, every website disregarding the language it was written in can block/allow search engine spiders by putting the a file named "robots.txt" in their root directory.R. wrote:The google bot goes from website to website "crawling" pages to index them.
