the 95th Grey Cup
it's on Sunday. GO RIDERS!!!
it is their first Grey Cup appearance since 1997.
this was their first year since 1988 when the Riders scored a home playoff game. and the first one they won since 1976.
To date the Riders have won two Grey Cup Championships; a 29-to-14 victory over the now-defunct Ottawa Rough Riders in 1966, and a thrilling 43-to-40 victory over the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in 1989.
It will be the first Grey Cup meeting between the two teams (RoughRiders and the Blue Bombers). It is also the first time any Labour Day Classic matchup has been played in the Grey Cup.
---------------------------------------------------------
des anyone else watch the CFL? if so who do you think will win?

i'm going to try to keep this as far from releasing names or details as possible, but i can assure you that everything i'm about to say is 100% true.
my friends dad was a GM of a CFL team (not saying which one, or when) and he commited some fraud...and then he went to a different area and started up a basketball team, once again not giving any details. and commited some fraud with them in forging fake cheques and taking money. then almost got caught so he left the country. he went to another country and lived there for a while. then moved to another country, where he is commiting the same fraud again. some people never learn.
anyways just thought i'd share, and trust me, i'm not lying.
but i don't even like CFL that much...i went to a Tigercats game one time...got front row...pretty cool. NFL is better though

the first half wasn't anything special.
Winnipeg got 1 field goal (3 points)
Saskatchewan got 1 touchdown (7pts.) and a field goal
SK gave Winnepeg 4 points by kneeing down on the play twice. if you don't understand that, they wanted to, it wasn't a penalty or anything.
and in the second half, SK got 3 interceptions, one turning into a touchdown.
the final score was 23-19.
it was an allright game, but i think they could've won by a larger margin.
