Ticket Refund

Okay has anyone had word about their ticket refund for the cancelled shows?
and which website/service did you use?
I used Ticketmaster and they are still selling Tickets for the UK tour!!?!?!!?

Canada's tickets are being refunded as I speak.

my dad phone ticket master the day before the show. they said that the show is cancelled and everyone who bought tickets will be credited on the credit card used to purchase the ticket(s).and the same day Brandt Centre phoned us saying the exact same.

I'd call the ticketmaster hotline/helpline/whatever it's called, if I were you, to find out the situation for your specific show.

Just give Ticketmaster a few weeks...

They may not know about the cancelled UK shows yet,
They should send and E-Mail bout refunds
If not I guess last resort is to call them up.

yea, i say give them a few weeks aswell. i remember it took them a couple of weeks to sort out the cancelled +44 show i was going to in the summer, it took them ages to send them an e-mail to confirm that the show had been cancelled and to send the tickets back for a refund.
