Should the forum have a spam section?

Should the forum have a spam section, where people cant just be stupid and spam. BUT the post count is disabled so NO ONE can run up their post count, but get all the spam out of their system.

im voting YES, ive seen this in another forum and it works quite well tbh, if you don't like the spamming and don't want to see some of us talk about really pointless shit, they don't need to enter that section do they

If you want to make poll, then why didn't you add the poll feature to this thread?

Because now this is exactly the same topic as Tiny posted earlier (I have an idea -thread).
