Actually, it was a bonus DVD in the US and UK, and was released separately at the rest of the world, like Japan, but then it was re-released with DTLI in Canada too.

i mean, i can't find here special stuff, or anything at all, and you talking about getting it for 5 bucks with the DVD. i dont care it's used.
I mean, the only special thing i could find is Underclass Hero with the bonus DVD which i decided not to buy cuz it costed 7 bucks more, it sucked balls and had nothing special on it, and unlike other sum 41 DVDs (cross the T's, introduction) you CAN find it for download too, and that's a really sucky DVD.
Anyway, i also ordered Introduction like a month ago from a store, from their retail storage or something, they said it's something rare and nobody ever asked for it, yet i ask what's with the order... and they say it's in progress and they refuse to call and ask what's up with that.

So find stuff like Cross The T's or Bring the Noize (which eventually was okay, better than expected) is out of the question. freakin' impossible.

Where in Canada are you from, guy? I bought mine new with the DVD in Ontario.
