I don't really like the tight-pants thing... mainly because Deryck started to wear them around the same time Green Day did and around the time everyone started to know about emo. But now it isn't so bad.

I prefered when he wore regular-fitting pants like in the Infected era.

I like the tightness because it shows off his ass.
But I wonder how people can stand them. They get on my nerves a lot. Because they make you feel like your sufficating sometimes.
That's why I like baggy pants better.
But on Deryck any pants are fine.
Except for....pants that hang to his knees.
Unless he's not wearing underwear...j/k

I totally agree, those tight (gay in my opinion) pants are annoying and i said it in the Deryck thread.
I'm not saying his gay, just that wearing those pants, for me at least, looks kinda gay.
wearing them seems kinda.

And yeah, its annoying he kinda started wearing them around the American Idiot era when Billy Joe from Green Day started wearing them along with this tie, that Deryck wears now always in their Underclass Hero era.

i like tight pants - theyre pretty comfortable and they look good

I hate their new style....all band members styles, including toms dress....is it just me or does things seem to be going downhill, in every aspect? Im not being negative, its just the way im seeing it, and i know people agree with me...so dont deny it

dunno, for me it kinda looks like they are going all Green Day.
I mean, Deryck with this outfit of his with the tie and all and tight pants liki Billie Joe from Green Day, and that they are a trio now, with Deryck on guitar/vocals, Cone on Bass and Steve on drums, just like Billie Joe on guitar/vocals, Mike on bass and Tre Cool on drums, in Green Day.

I mean, being kinda like Green Day and wearing the same outfits... well, that's.... that's it, it's not that good for the sums image.

Nope. not at all.
It's just the fact as how when the sums, who were a quartet, suddenly started kinda looking and dressing like Green Day, when they became a trio.
I mean, there was no similarity at all to Green Day when their we're four and not just cuz they were four.

I mean, Deryck became this like Billie Joe, when they became three now, so... maybe he kinda thought that now that they're three, they should try and be like Green Day (which the sums all love, as much as i know).

Anyway, I really don't care about what Deryck wears. Because it doesn't effect his singing or guitar playing. And what is Sum 41 famous for? THEIR MUSIC.
