By the way, if you look at the Thank You page under Dave, if you look in the middle of his list you can see "Elise" hahaha yep. Was I ever shocked to see my name there.

So yes I just got this scanner so I don't know how to use it that well yet ha. But I sent the thank you to someone who was able to zoom in on it so she read my name on it fine along with Asho's right beside it. She downloaded it so here's the link to do so. Hope that works for you. Asho is the one who messaged me to tell me that my name was in it beside hers even before I got the album.
Oh and I bought the album at HMV. They had a whole bunch ha with "limited edition" cd with patch which I'm going to get sewn onto my hat. CD cost like 15.99$

It was only Dave that thanked me and Dave had a section where it was like 8-10 fans listed. Basically it's like saying "Thanks for writing me and supporting me in these times" etc etc etc plus I gave Dave a penguin so he can't forget that haha. Most or all of those fans are people that he's met multiple times unlike me.

i have only met dave once. but i've remained in contact with him so he knows i'm a dedicated supporter. i wish i could get a copy of the record. but as i live in the philippines it's pretty much impossible!
got in walmart for approx. $14. i also noticed that Dave thanked Deryck, Steve, and Cone AND THEIR families! in Underclass Hero, they didn't mention Dave in the thank yous.
my respect for Dave just rised, and my respect for Sum 41 just dropped a little.

He thanked the sums and they haven't thanked him?
well think about it this way, the sums did dedicate a whole song for dave which is way more meaningful than a couple words in an album booklet. (Imagine if they made a song for everyone that they gave a thank you to)
