I ripped the tip of my finger off

I was skateboarding today and I went to do a heelflip and when i landed it my board came out from under me and i ran over my finger and it ripped all my skin off on my right pointer finger and i could see all this gooie stuff and then all i could see was blood. I didn't feel any of it though, all the feeling was gone. And by the way it was really hard to type this.

Lmfao, dude im sooo sorry.
I have ingrown nails on like 3 of my fingers so they are all swolen
and the nail is like grown into the skin. :(

I rapped it up with toilet paper with that aloe shit on it and taped it with medical tape. And it wasn't painfull because i couldn't feel it. After awile it started to hurt. After i pored hydrogen peroxide on it and rapped it up i went back out skating. Even though i ripped all the skin of the tip of my finger it was still a good day because i just learned how to 180 out of a 50-50.

No, i just took 5 minutes to disinfect it and rap it up and then went back out skating. I have a question to ask that has nothing to do with this thread. I wanna put a skate video on youtube but i don't know how to get video off a video tape and onto the computer. How do I do that?

dude your probably fine, well obviously i don't know, but is there skin still like hanging off? or is it completely on. but as long as you put shit in it, youl be alright, pretty sweet wound though.

Theres no skin left, but i will probly be allright, i don't think i need to see a doctor about it unless it gets infected.

I think having all the skin ripped off your finger qualifies as "bad".

Seriously. Get that looked at. Loosing all sensation in your finger isn't exactly a symptom of a minor injury.

haha, that sucks man, ive done something like that before whilst skating, it usually doesnt hurt at first, but after a day or so it starts stinging, and it hurts whenever you do anything using your hand, it sucks
