If I see anyone compare Jack Daniels to real Scotch Whisky again I will personally ban them from this forum and the internet.
If you really have to mix whisky with a drink make sure it is Irn-Bru from a glass bottle and only in Scotland or England.

Re: Re:
ummm cheap.. in my country it's almost twice as expensive as tullamore dew. for example - in restaurant you pay for tullamore dew 2 bucks, for Jack Daniels nearly 4 bucks, for four roses a bit more than 4 bucks.Druska wrote:It's like beer, the first time you have it's bad, second time it's bad, third time it's slightly better, fourth time it's alright, fifth it's great.I love Deryck wrote:Hey guys speaking of alcohol can anyone tell me what Jack tastes like? I've been wondering because of Deryck. I've never tried it cuz I'm 14 and my parents only drink wine.
and of course its taste depends on which brand you're drinking, JD is good and "cheap"

I wasn't comparing it. I was just saying there's no sense in buying good scotch when you don't know if you'll like it. So Jack is a good place to start - it's cheap and shit.Boni Boy Blue wrote:If I see anyone compare Jack Daniels to real Scotch Whisky again I will personally ban them from this forum and the internet.

It is not a good place to start, it will give you the exact opposite image of what scotch whisky tastes like. Remember, if whisky is not from Scotland, it will be shit. No exceptions.Gregorovich wrote:I wasn't comparing it. I was just saying there's no sense in buying good scotch when you don't know if you'll like it.
