Over the past year, I have been heavily involved in a hip-hop project with my best friend, who goes by the stage name, Julian Spark. I produce, engineer, and aid in the writing process of his music. I, personally, am not the biggest hip-hop fan. Because of this, I try to bring a different influence to the table. I mix my musical background (from alternative to pop, etc.) with his sense of hip-hop. The result is interesting. Last night, we released our first music video and I am really happy with the outcome.
The song is called "Home". It's presented from the perspective inside Julian's head. As you can tell, a lot goes on in that fuckers mind.
For this one, I wrote and created the music and did the chorus. Julian is on the verses.
