Tour Q&A!

Cone and Tom are going to be answering fan submitted questions while on tour!

The goal is to have one question answered per day of the tour.
However, with the Sums' busy schedule, there may be delays.
Cone and Tom will do their best to answer as many as they can.

Well, I would have so many questions, but now the first two which came to my mind:
1, The band had a lot of time (unfortunately) between the last and this tour. During this time, did you get inspiration and try to write some new songs?
2, Do you plan to release some stuff which didn't get on SBM, but we could hear them on studio update videos?

1) wouldn't it be better/smarter if deryck wasn't (that) drunk on stage ?
2) They started the SBM tour before the album came out , so the people who watched their shows before that , didn't have the chance to hear those songs live, so will they come back to this places any time soon ?

1. What intrigues you most about a song? (lyrics, mood, drumming....)
2. What are the perks and disadvantages about doing music for living?
3. Sum 41 changes their sound on every record and still manages to sound like Sum 41. Any ideas what kind of sound you might be going towards in the future? Is there some specific genre you'd like to try out?

Yeah, you should ask if Deryck has written any stuff during this time off. Also, will they play any new / previously unplayed songs? And do they have someone to film the video updates? How long have they planned to tour SBM?

1- How much alcohol is consumed witin one average day on tour??

2- When ever you guys write/record songs, do you think about how the song is going to be played live or how it will sound? Or do you figure out a live arrangement after the studio song has already been written or recorded

3- Cone, do you have any past experience with playing the upright bass?
