I think he's just referring to when I punk'd the forum till when the album dropped. Technically it has been about 2 years and 4 months waiting for Screaming Bloody Murder because we didn't know of new music until Deryck mentioned it in a forum chat at Absolute Punk on December 2008.
It's about 4 years between Underclass Hero and Screaming Bloody Murder, but we haven't really been waiting that long because it would mean you would've been waiting for a new album a day after Underclass Hero was released.

Yup, sounds right.
How long do you guys think they will tour on SBM? I can imagine it will be a lot. But how much? I remember it almost felt repetitive when they toured during 2008-2010 with no new material just touring.
