SUM41 Charity Auction
Video Message from Sum41
SUM41 will be placing their acoustic guitar for the Relief Charity Auctions.
The guitar was used for their previous tour.
This is a part of SUM41's initiatives to support Japan's recovery from earthquake, taken in conjunction with their Japan tour starting on May 17th.
Their show on the 19th will be the first international gig to be held in Sendai since the earthquake.
About the guitar from SUM41
This is a classic acoustic Fender guitar, with natural coloring.
This guitar is signed by every member of the band Sum 41 and was Deryck Whibley's personal guitar during the band's last tour.

When did he use this? Does he carry one just to jam off-stage?This guitar was Deryck Whibley's personal guitar during the band's last tour.

Do they mean the model? Or the exact same guitar Deryck used?... Cause it still has a sticker on it, haha.

Re: Japan Relief Charity
could be a marketing thing, I don't see why he would have used that guitar on tour. He has an electric hollow body he usually plays on the bus.
EDIT: this Gibson is what he was playing on the bus during Warped Tour

Yeah you're probably right. Usually those things that's been said when it comes to signature guitars.fenderrocks wrote:could be a marketing thing, I don't see why he would have used that guitar on tour. He has an electric hollow body he usually plays on the bus.
