You shouldn't sit at a computer or on an iphone or anything if you're trying to sleep. Best idea is to lay on your side and read a book or watch TV, you always fall asleep really quick.

I see a huge reason to celebrate mother's/father's day. I mean come on, they have to deal with babies, kids and then teenagers before they're free (=their children can take care of themselves)!
