Anyway, though it was erratic at times, and the bass was a little loud (i have to say cause my primary's bass)...it looks like you guys had fun with it. very nice.

Haha, that was pretty fun to watch. At least you guys moved around a bit! Also, WTF, you're Bassyness on YouTube?! You're pretty sick at bass! I don't know much about the instrument, but I'm pretty sure you're 10x better than Mark Hoppus, haha.

Re: My bands Fat Lip cover
Good points:
1. you had fun! - i've only really let loose at a show once or twice.
2. sound was nice and balanced - at most of my previous shows, the sound was not balanced good. vocals were always to quite, and it was ALWAYS the guitarists fault.
3. audience loved it -i haven't played many shows where the audience liked my bands music.
4. well- rehearsed - you clearly didn't start learning this song a week prior.
the only thing i have a slight problem with is your image. i feel like you're trying imitate/ emulate Deryck too much. i keep hearing how "image is important in presenting yourself as a artist/ musician" but i think that's bull shit. dress how you want. BUT if what you want to do is dress like deryck and play dress up, go for it. this is just my opinion.
in my old band, the guitarist would always try to be a "classic rock star" on stage and show off. it drove me nuts. when he wore old jeans and a black Guns N roses shirt to a show, i purposely wore surf shorts, and a white Foo fighters shirt.
but the main point you should take away from this, i enjoyed watching this video BECAUSE the band was having fun. awesome.
