It's just the mic. When you turn up your volume you can still hear D singing
To be honest, I kind of thought that was a weak performance. Deryck didn't really seem on top of his game.
Like I said a week ago:
Simon wrote:As I am listening to SBM live again, I think Deryck will probably mess up his voice again soon or change something. The style of the vocals is so powerful throughout the chorus and it goes up to the same high notes as the original Over My Head bridge vocals, which he stopped doing live eventually (singing lower harmonic notes instead).

Sum 41's facebook says that they are going to play at Sonisphere festival in UK. No confirmation from Sonisphere themselves yet, but at time of writing due very soon.

Deryck does sound like he's having trouble controlling his voice in that video. Sounds like me when I sing Screaming Bloody Murder in my car. :2cool4u:

They could be at Reading/Leeds this year which would be cool.
Slightly off topic, but can I get a day ticket for Sonisphere? A quick scan of their site doesn't seem to let me.

I think they do the same as Download and release day tickets later in the year. I know they sold day tickets when I went in 2009 because a couple of my mates went for the day.

WOW, um these people stole the TNS interview I worked on. wow. TNS/es I guess didn't end up using it for whatever reason, but I had complied a Q&A with the question you guys had posted in that thread...A bulk of their interview just sounds strangely familiar so some of our questions....

"Many songs that have been discussed on TNS have had a wide variety of interpretation in both meaning and context, do you feel this is a good thing or are there a few songs you would really like to have taken in a certain light?"

"Other than the new single, Screaming Bloody Murder, which songs would you most like to hear fan's reaction to?"

"Are you guys planning some European summer festivals appearances like Download, Rock am Ring, Reading, etc?"

"How does the touring process and experience differ from 10 years ago?"

I agree and disagree now, cause we would fuck with the good fans who are ashamed to write in English, but they can understand some certain things, but on the other hand,we would also fuck with the stealing bastards...

at least we can rely on laziness,I believe it could work XD like ''I am gonna steal their thoughts, hahaha, fuck, there is a registration requested, fuck it,I am rather gonna jerk off.''

That's nonsense. If you don't want something to be accessible for the public, don't post it on a messageboard and ask for suggestions/ideas to be submitted via PM instead.

If people needed to register in order to see what's going on here, TNS would get almost no new members.
