Go to TNS on your iPhone's web browser. The forum should already be set up like an iPhone.

Yeah it works well but like..
idk take Youtube on an iPhone for example:
you can visit youtube on safari, sure , but isnt the Youtube app just alot better?
idk. I guess it'd be alot of work to make an app, but I'm just saying it'd kick some serious ass.

if you get and iPhone and you don't buy Angry Birds, you're missing out big time.

Thing with iPhone development. It costs £100/year. and i cba to pay.
I'd also have to learn/find someone who can code in Objective C. 'Cause I can't.

Re: TNS iPhone App
despite the work and costs involved, it would be pretty cool to have our own iPhone app!

I can code C++ I haven't looked into Objective C because I've never needed. Is their a large learning gap?Jake! wrote:Thing with iPhone development. It costs £100/year. and i cba to pay.

Re: TNS iPhone App
I miss some switch to classic version of TNS.. When I am on wifi, I would like to browse classic "desktop" version of TNS on my iPhone. Small link at the end of homepage would work just fine.Nic wrote:Go to TNS on your iPhone's web browser. The forum should already be set up like an iPhone.

Re: TNS iPhone App
I've heard of an app called "tapatalk" or something like that, never tried it, but if I remember correctly it was meant to read boards like phpbb or vbulletin.
Re: TNS iPhone App

Re: TNS iPhone App
Ok.. would you rather browse the Facebook website on your iPhone, or use the Facebook app, which has been specifically redesigned to have an interface that is easier on someone with an iPhone. Eh?GNARKILL wrote:An app that simply opens a website?

Re: TNS iPhone App
I just bought the Tapatalk app for TNS. I guess I have $3 to burn, but I'm not sure which I prefer more. I kind of like how you can view avatars on Tapatalk though.

I don't think I've used Tapatalk since I bought it! I never really come on here on my phone, might have to change that.

Re: TNS iPhone App
I've used Tapatalk for a bit of my posts and just navigating the forum. It's got its ups and downs. I like how it shows all the threads with new posts immediately as notifications or something of the sort. The only thing I don't enjoy about it so far is that if you just want to browse the forum, it's a lot messier and threads are organized by last post date and kind of ignore the "Stickied" and "Announcement" threads.
