no it's not,I am gonna buy it too and I am gonna download the leak as well,there's nothing wrong with it ...it will not make me any happier if I will listen to it the day it is released...

Well of course you do have a point, at least for real die-hard fans, they'll buy the album anyway.

But what about (for example) semi-fans? They might be like "Oh cool, a new Sum 41 CD, gonna buy that one". Then the album leaks, and they're like... "Hmmnah", which brings a lot of non-publicity.

This might seem to be a little small-minded, but believe me, those processes are bigger than they appear.

Bu once again: I have nothing against fans who download the leak and buy the cd. I just learned not to do so anymore. And I won't regret.

I downloaded the Underclass Hero leak, then didn't bother buying the album for 2 years.

I have never disliked a single Sum 41 song- even Ma Poubelle works well in the context of the album. I hope SBM keeps to this trend.

well I know that some people will download it instead of buying it ...but you won't stop it by not downloading it ...if you will put it on the internet,then you are helping to leak it,but if you only download the leak,you do nothing bad ...

and the people who just download the music,you can't stop them,there's just no way ...the only reason why you will wait may be that you want to listen to it the exact day of releasing ...

Yeah, the Sums should totally sign with Epitaph or SideOneDummy or something. These are good independent punk labels. Hopeless Records is a good one too.

i actually would rather rise against's album leaks first. not because its release date is earlier, but i think once that album leaks, i'd probably be listening to it nonstop until i get bored with it and then that's when sum 41's album leaks and suddenly i have something better to listen to. and i probably won't get tired of listening to this album for a long time; i listened to underclass hero during most of the summer the year it came out.
