which is what makes it funnier. Chelsea had 1 shot on target all game, considering how much their strikeforce costs, that's funny. we had 3 shots on target without our 2 new strikers. Chelsea will win fuck all this year, and they've got a rebuliding job to do in the summer, their squad is getting too old now.
Drogba - 33 and plays better than Anelka - 31 .. It's not about age at all.. Chelsea won PL and FA Cup with old team, then let Deco, Ballack, Belleti away, put young players (Ramires, McEachran, Kakuta,..) on field and it just doesn't work, I don't say they play bad, it was just too fast and they have to get used on new style of playing.. That's all what I see in this Chelsea crisis.
Liverpool played what they needed to play,what they needed to win ...
btw Tomas,Chelsea should pick up our Lalkovic last two games of his,both against Arsenal,one in youth team,one in reserve team - 3 goals from 4 goals scored by Chelsea ...he's only 18 though and I kinda don't feel he'll make it there...maybe one match or so

right but Liverpool was able to make at least the one clear chance to score(Maxi's chance),although they were also able to blow it :) it's hard to say who deserves to win in a game like this one,the important part is just who have won it

lucky cross? you should of defended it properly in the first place! Lampard & Terry are both getting on as well, Chelsea need to find their replacements sharpish in order for a smooth transition between one player moving on and one coming in. Luiz could turn out to be a great signing if he can adapt to the English game, which I reckon he will.
Lampard is on his top right now, although, question is how long can he keep it.. He's getting old.. He is one of the most important players of Chelsea and there is NONE replacement. He's got amazing skills. (I don't mean dribling skills like Messi or Ronaldo) but he is definitely top chelsea player.. He got injured -> chelsea crisis has begun. Terry has got big injury which will shorten his carrer for sure.. So yeah, they should look for some replacement in year or two.. Sadly.. That's why I go on Chelsea in April against Wigan.. I hope they won't dissapoint me (last 2 matches against them - 6:0, 8:0)
I still don't think Lampard has reached top form since his injury yet, he hasn't hit the form he's been in the last few seasons where he's been an important part of the team, not only creating goals but scoring them. it's weird how shit Chelsea have been at times lately when they had such a good start to the season. I thought they were going to run away with the title this year after the first few games of the season.
I really admire Gerrard, he's charismatic, and plays a key role in both Liverpool, and the English national team.
Why i like Stevie, is that i've never really seen him suck, much like Xavi, weather the team wins or loses, they always put 110 % on the pitch, and have been there when their teams needed them the most. When you see a player like Torres or Cr7 craving money and leaving their clubs for it, and yet MAGNIFIED by the media as football gods, it really makes you sick.
I've seen Stevie have a shit game plenty of times, he's had a fair few red cards in his time hich doesn't help either. but the amount of times he's changed a game for us and carried us through is unreal. we do need more players like him in our team, not the skill set he has but the passion and love for the club. it seems quite rare to find that these days though.

see that's what i like about barça, you see the young teams playing like the first one, perhaps not as great, but there's no need to get used to a new style

losing Reina will be a bigger problem than losing Torres. it's so much harder to find a world class keeper. hopefully he'll see all the progress that is being made and will continue to be made, we'll be back in the Champions League in no time. as a Keeper, Reina has got more time to win things with Liverpool rather than Torres, some keepers can keep going at a top level to close to 40. strikers can't, Torres knew that, so he fucked off. to a club that doesn't know what a European Cup looks like.
