I think because during the mud fight scene you can hear sound from the original video mixing with the music. There's also a lot of cuts or lags near the end and in the chorus, you can kind of hear another chorus playing like they didn't take the original audio from the video out.

Basically, the song has been altered in a way that UMG can't recognize it as theirs and don't claim copyright. It has something to do with the frequency or pitch of the song. If you change that, sometimes you can bypass the copyright problem. But I'm more quality over "just trying to get my video up so it can be seen" kind of guy, haha.
