Well their tour dates have been updated.... They're pretty busy all February and settle down in March (hmmmm?) and pick back up in May.

I got this from the Sum 41 France-forums:

Dans le nouveau Rock One ils ont marqué que la sortie de l'album était pour le 05 avril ...

"In the new issue of Rock One, the 5th of April is set as the album release date."

Rock One is a respected magazine in France and Belgium. Don't know where they got the info from, maybe it's just a guess.

I don't understand why the label keep pushing back the single and the album release! March seemed like a totally realistic date, and I really can't see any reason for them to put it off anymore. Although to be perfectly honest, I can't see a release in April. I know the label will push it back again- I can guarantee. I'm thinking an early summer release with a single in late February/early March.

Well, there's never been an official release date set; it was always speculation, even by the band. So technically, the label hasn't pushed back any dates of anything. We should all know by now to only take anything the band says with a grain of salt. If they say they'll give us a song in "a couple weeks" we shouldn't expect to have it exactly on the 14th day. At the end of it all, it's still a business and Sum 41 is still on a contract, which prevents them from being true, hxc punx and releasing the 12-minute song or even the album today for our listening pleasure.

Rock One wrote (three times in the same article) that Sum 41 put out a record called "Working Class Hero", they wrote that the Sums came 2 times in France in 3 months (they only counted the Paris shows !), I heard that they wrote that Mark Hoppus plays drums in Blink-182...

They're not a very good mgazine but they have important contacts to get informations so I think they get the info from the label or the management, they wouldn't invent a release date. I believe them for the 5th april.

I read the part about Working Class Hero as well, that's a shame.

Single (SBM) probably coming out February 7th or 8th (unconfirmed).
Album probably coming out March 29th or April 5th (unconfirmed).

That's about it. Still waiting for everything.

About the info thread, few things.

-The 20 second clip from Sum 41 France, listed as Unknown Song, is part of the SBM.
-SBM listed as "tentative" first single, although it's been confirmed.
-"Epic" was a working title for the 12-minute song, confirmed by both Tom and Cone.

So...according to the magazine april 5th is the "tentative" release date of the album, but this could be for Europe? So can be possible that can be "March 29th US or Japan ^^ / April 5th Europe"? This can also be, sounds far but it could happen I guess
