2.7-8
Anberlin "Closer" (Universal Republic)
Rooney "Not In My House" (California Dreaming/ILG)
Sum 41 “Scream Bloody Murder” (Island/IDJMG)
Why 'Scream Bloody Murder'? I thought the single is called Screaming Bloody Murder...
It's just a typo.

They either got the name wrong or the song is actually gonna be 'Scream' instead of 'Screaming', it's a possibility because the title track sometimes slightly differs from the title e.g Black Parade/ Welcome to the Balck Parade. More likely that they got it wrong though.

Why not?

I mean, the first part. Why won't it leak in January, you think?

I think because a single is very difficult that may leak, those who have leaked it by luck, a comparison of an album that can easily leak

I had to wait 8 years to see them because for the Chuck & UH's tours they didn't come in my state. Please turn on your brain before you complain, it's only a stupid release date that is not chosen by them.

I think they should aim for a Feb 1 release for the single in the UK and Europe, and then possibly the USA next year.

Well, AbsolutePunk is not the only site citing SBM release on February 7. Saw it on some other sites like Alter the Press though its exactly the same.. same one sentence like on AP, I wonder what's their source. Though on this radio station website it seems pretty real... I guess it's finally coming on February 7/8. Awesome!

Heather, I wouldn't hold my breath to see an official date announcement on the Sums' website... considering they haven't even announced the name of the album on their website/myspace/facebook yet, and we know the name of the album since like last summer.. so yeah, If they haven't even officially announced that I won't be surprised if we won't get an official confirmation, but I think we could get some good info if someone will ask Cone or whatever. He's reliable and he always answers ppl on here.

Normally, the album name is announced along with album info. There hasn't been an official announcement for the name, because they haven't got the rest of the info that announcement needs. Usually this announcement includes the album name, tracklisting, and the release date for both the album and the single.

Wait, so I just read through all those pages of spamming and complaining only to find out that basically nothing happened except a possible, unconfirmed single release date? Can we please agree on not posting the same "I can't wait" one-line-comments over and over again? Feels like I have scrolled through three times more signatures space and off-topic conversation than actual information. Seriously, there is probably nobody out there who is more excited for this album than me, but just relax for a moment and wait for the actual news/surprise/announcement to happen.
