completely random and kinda irrelevant question here... but how do you spell Skumfuck? Scumfuck? Skumfuk? Scumfuk? Its just i see it spelled differently wherever i see it :S
and yeah, i was sooo close to going to see them on haloween in glasgow (woulda been the fucking gig of my life) but i have to go back to my boarding school that night :'(

I believe it is "Skumfuk". That's how it was spelled when it was first shown in a studio update on a piece of paper as a possible working title at the time. Sum 41 also spell it that way in this unofficial music video of theirs:

The only reason "Scumfuck" came about was when that website leaked it or whatever, it was spelled "Scumfuck." I assumed the spelling was changed to look more proper.

I'm not actually going to the Glasgow concert. I didn't really fancy seeing the boys until their own full tour with a new album. I'm happy to wait.

Cone said in a recent interview (the one posted on front page, no one else seem to have watched it?) that the correct spelling is Skumfuk. Cone wanted it to be Skumfük, but the rest of the band didn't like the idea.

And I'll say this again. Please, let's keep the upcoming discussion about the shows in the tour section. I'm going to see them in a month, and I don't want to get any spoilers before the show. When I come to check this album thread, I expect discussion about the album stuff, not about the setlists.

There's already a thread about Eastpak tour in the tour section, so please use that one for show and setlist discussion.
Or if you necessarily need to talk about the shows here, please, use spoiler tags.

I couldn't hear everything they were saying but I think that's screaming bloody murder.. it kinda fits in with the riff we heard in update 33 which I thought was SBM

yep definitely sounded like cone said lets try screaming bloody murder. riff sounded pretty cool but it's so little of the song :(
