Re: Summer Sonic 2010
Anyone seen the soundcheck for this concert back at 2007?
I wonder what song they played on the soundcheck.
One thing was for sure, it was no sum41 song.

Holy shit, the guitar tone sounds SO MUCH better compared to when they did Summer Sonic in 2007.

Yeah, Dave's tone was the best. Though, when I first heard Tom play the riff to Over My Head in this video I could've sworn it sounded almost exactly like Dave's guitar tone.Emil wrote:True but this one is still the best:Jeremy Kill wrote:Holy shit, the guitar tone sounds SO MUCH better compared to when they did Summer Sonic in 2007.
Either way, it's a lot better than this. I can't stand to listen to the whole thing!

Same.
That one, and the one from 2004 are almost the same. Still not better, but a great step up from that of the 2007 performance.

but the only thing that I don't like about tom's guitar tone is the sound it makes when he plays the hell song solo..

Re: Summer Sonic 2010
oh man that's pretty bad tone. but i guess it's set for the punk stuff with less distortion/gain or whatever. it works for some songs but not those ones
