how does deryck switch channels?

how does deryck switch channels?
On songs like Walking Disaster, We're All to Blame, ect., there's obviously some clean parts, and some distorted parts, but I don't see a footswitch or anything by his mic stand. How does he switch the channels? =O

Either the pedal are hidden somewhere or as mentioned in another thread, the amps are turned backwards to allow technicians to do changes while they are playing.

his guitar tech runs his pedal board during shows, it's been that way forever. it's actually really common, mostly all fronman/guitarists have it done so they aren't tied down to one position to have to press all the pedals. tom or dave do it themselves because they switch a lot during songs, use wah-wahs and for some guitarists like dave, part of their style is the way they use their pedals. great to see people are interested enough to pay attention to that kind of stuff, great question!!!
