Just amazon, not Marketplace. And it's no worse than any of your CDs. Unless you keep them wrapped and treat them like your most precious possession.
well yea, I buy my CDs brand new. my money is going to the label, the band and everyone involved in the maing of the album. your money isn't. you're not supporting the band. that';s what I meanin terms of it's just the same as downloading.

i buy a lot of cds
Children of the beast embrace,
To scorn and the human race,
Consume the light that hugs the earth,
And aid the womb in giving birth,
To a group that will appear,
And guide you through this final year,
The dark armies then will come,
When the sum is 41

fuck the legalities of it, you're not going to get in toruble downloading a few albums every week, there are far far too many people across the world doing that for anyone to do anything about it. the powers that be go for the sites that host the music, the people who upload huge amounts of media onto the internet. if they cut the source, they slow down the downloads. obviously it's a losing battle, the internet is just too vast to cut it all out. if one site gets shut down, 5 more open up in it's place. the labels have to look at alterntive ways of making money from their artists, the business model they've been working on for the last 6 decades doesn't work anymore because of the internet.

I don't know why I'm rambling so much, you clearly don't care!
