Some Say (Acoustic)
Just thought I would post this. I really love this arrangement. Having the full band, yet keeping it soft, really makes it awesome. For anyone wondering where the hell it came from, it is off the Japanese Tour Edition of Chuck.

Re: Some Say (Acoustic)
I love the intro. They should've played this more at their acoustic sets.
Shame it's a single that didn't get much of attention.
Although out of the Tour EP songs, I prefer No Brains. That's a great arrangement for such a powerful song.
The rest are not bad either, especially Over My Head.

Re: Some Say (Acoustic)
As my favorite song, of course I love the acoustic of it. Though Over My Head is without a doubt my favorite acoustic.

Re: Some Say (Acoustic)
Were any of the songs off that CD ever in really good quality? The ones I have on my iPod sound really poor. There are some decent ones like Over My Head and No Brains. Pieces and Some Say don't sound as good.
By the way, the acoustic version of Over My Head on this Tour Edition was when Deryck yells the bridge, right? I never get tired of that.

I don't think he yelled the bridge on the Over My Head acoustic, at least not on the one I have. He did yell after the solo on No Brains acoustic though.Jeremy Kill wrote:Were any of the songs off that CD ever in really good quality? The ones I have on my iPod sound really poor. Could someone link me to all the acoustic Over My head's they have?

Re: Some Say (Acoustic)
no brains is my fav acoustic, the original is kinda heavy and is awesome, and somehow they make it work and sound really cool in an acoustic version
Maybe nothin else will ever be so clear, or maybe that's only my fear. If just for one day I wish I could disappear. Just take me far from here.

Re: Some Say (Acoustic)
I'll send you a link to the acoustic Over My Head that I have once I get home from work. It's pretty similar to the one they did for Rolling Stone, just that he yells during the bridge, much like in the final chorus of No Brains.kILLDR3n wrote:I don't think he yelled the bridge on the Over My Head acoustic, at least not on the one I have.
