We first saw a song called this in beginning of 2009, so I guess the "scumfuck" is probably Brandon Davis (cause he´s a real scumfuck) who Avril spend more time with then her own husband. I love the song, it´s very cool and I like the lyrics.
Derycks voice in part of this song reminds me a bit of the singer in the band HIM.
