Potential Bala Bash!

Post by ahuras »

I see they have added Quebec City, Quebec on September 7.
That should give us Ontarians wicked hope of another Bala, ON, Kee to Bala bash!

You see it all lines up. The date they have scheduled before the Quebec show is Carson, California Warped Tour August 25. Nothing in between.

They have to be in Quebec for the 7th, and what’s close to Quebec? Northern Ontario, aka Muskoka’s and Bala.

Checking the Kee to Bala website, they have no one booked after August 31.
You just know Sum’s gonna doer up there again!

Background:
For those not so hardcore Sum 41 fans, Cone’s B-Day is September 3. Also, a known vacationing place for Sum 41 and now Mrs. Avril Whibley is the Muskoka’s where they own a summer property. Avril let that one out of the bag in some article I read somewhere…
But we already knew that because they have done this Bala show in early September a couple times and for those of us that were there, you know it’s a show where their entire families show up to watch.

For those who haven’t been, it was the best concert of theirs I have ever seen. (And I’ve been to eight Sum 41 concerts). It’s a small venue with no more than 50 people in attendance. Wicked personal.

They even bought us all a shot for Cone’s big day.

Here’s hoping!

They didn't advertise this like they do the normal tour in past years, and tickets aren't available on the usual ticketmaster, it's through the bala site was how I got them.

If you search Bala and Sum 41 on yahoo or google, the past dates come up.

I really hope it's this year again, if it is, you cant miss it being from Sudbury.

What's with this adding of Quebec City and I see no Montreal up?! Awww crap.

Good luck on your prediction there. Hopefully Montreal gets a show too!

Dude!

I've seen a video of them at Kee to Bala! On Cone's birthday!

I lost it though. I think. I'll look for it.

The Quebec show isn't a tour date, Elise. It's a festival.

Anyway, I used to talk to someone who was at their last show there. I hope they do that again.

They'll probably come when they tour the country in October.

Mannnnn
Ken, that's awesome but I can only hear it, I can't see it.
Can you put it into some other kind of file?
I'm sure I was there.

And yes, I really hope it's again this year. That way I can catch them twice, once on the Toronto date when the tour is announced and then Bala. If not, I'll trek to Ottawa.

I need more than one for my Sum fix.
