Yes. It sucks. From what I hear its because the new AVA songs were stored on the server and the RIAA found out. I hope this only a temporary shut down like they said on PunkDisasters.com.

well, to be fair, it's not RIAA's fault, they represent record labels. so technically Geffen or AVA have asked RIAA to intervene.

No. Good news! 44D will be back up in a few hours. Everything is on a different server so its all good in the hood. We don't have to sign up again. I just talked to carv. 8)
