That's a silly reaction.

Of course I want to come out the album as soon as possible, but as I experienced, it sucks big time to get a Sum 41-show cancelled.

It's clear that you weren't planning onn going to one of the shows.

EDIT: this is NOT a reaction on Blackhawk's post, but on the one before.

God damn hell ass fuck cunt pussy shit :suicide:

No Sum 41 at Rock am Ring, again. 2004 it was Deryck's vocal chords and now Steve gets involved in an accident. Wow, must be so bad for all those people who bought those expensive festival tickets just to see them.

They should just fly me in as a stand-in, I can play pretty much all their songs anyway...

Exactly! I, the famous schlafanzyk, tell them to grab their balls, come here and tour with me instead. They should feel honoured. And no, I don't get it... are you saying I am not as talented or entertaining as Mr.Stevo32? O HELLZ NO, HOW DARE YOU? haha

One day when I get into my super-schlafanzyk and unleash the true beast inside of me, you won't be the only one sorry!

But seriously, I want to know what happened to Steve. What kind of accident?

To be honest, I would much rather see Sum 41 live then listen to the new album.

A week ago all I cared more about hearing the new album than seeing them live(probably because hearing the new album was further away) but since they cancelled their show I changed my mind and I would rather see them live..

I'm left unaffected, but I can sympathize with the feeling of getting ready to see Sum 41 and then the band having to cancel pretty much last minute.

Apparently Stevo's okay, which is a good thing.

What is it with the drummers always getting hurt? Travis Barker got burned, Stevo was in an accident and Deryck herniated his back as soon as he sat on the kit to play Pain for Pleasure!

Drummers are getting hurt lately but bass players and guitarists are dying... so I hope that isn't foreshadowing something related to sum 41...

And this has affected me alot... it has been a few hours since they announced the bad news and i've already stopped studying for my finals.. I've been frustrated the entire evening... And you probably don't want to annoy me tomorrow...

I'm hurt. I have a love for HD performances of Sum 41, and with two about to happen, with two of the largest crowds they will ever have the chance to play for, I'm just a bit hurt, and sad.

Steve isn't hurt. Deryck was more excited he has more time, than sad his best friend was hurt.

Steve isn't hurt. Steve was never hurt. Good try, though. Not that it matters, now this record might be out by August. Though, i doubt that also.

So; everything is mixed, right? Besides the fact that Deryck still wants to change some little things here and there?

That's great news. For the album, I mean. I really feel sorry for those fans who got their show cancelled, I experienced myself before.

Mid August changes from 'realistic possible date' to 'the earliest possible date'.

Haha, yeah I was expecting a long dramatic video about Stevo's accident and how bad it was... etc.

Then Deryck:

"Well, at least I have more time to put more effort into the album!"

But Stevo was really the subject least talked about in the video.
